Rules

1. VIDEO TAPING KILLS IS VERY HIGHLY ENCOURAGED BUT NOT MANDATORY. (Kills can be reported without videos. We want to trust everyone. If a kill with no video is protested it will not stand but if we find evidence of lying anywhere there will be techs.)
2. Techs: Out for the round, but can still be killed. If you have a tech and get killed you can buy back in but the next tech on you is worth two points.
3. Invincibility: Stripping down to any underwear can make invincible, but someone stripped can kill another stripped person, but not a dressed person. (shoes and socks are allowed)
4. Immunity (walk of shame): Any boy or girl wearing just a thong (no shoes or socks) is completely immune and can not get killed. People who are immune can not kill other people. (No sports bras for girls. Yes boys must wear thongs too. Plan accordingly).
5. No guns on school property. (Guns in cars are ok but anything in school is a tech)
6. Parental Interference (This includes warming cars in the morning, This will be left up to Harry and Nimer to decided what is interference.)
7. Only Nerf weapons (off brand stuff like boom co and stuff is cool) (Pipes and Swords and foam hulk gloves and nerf brand footballs are allowed.)
8. Stuffing darts is ok. (Only trying to stuff them to make them fly farther or faster. Nothing to harm such as thumb tacks and nails.)
9. Family Events are fair game.
10. Buy ins are $5.
11. All Turpin events are off limits. Parking lots at away events are fair game. Games at Anderson are off limits.
12. All forest hills schools are off limits at all times.
13. All of Bartels is off limits, including the Church and the road between the church and Turpin.
14. Restaurants are allowed unless specifically stated, and if asked to leave a restaurant or any establishment you must do so, and report the establishment to Nimer or Harry.
15. All off limit restaurants still have on limits parking lots.
16.  No impeding car windows from closing, no climbing on cars.
17. No Blocking Cars
18. Severe Cheating or Blatant Lying will result in in 2 kills and a suspension of Cheater/Liar.
19. No Physically attacking other team.
20. Dead cannot jump in front of alive teammates. (Same for people who are invincible or sitting out)
21. Any article of clothing and gun count if shot.
22. No Shields (If shield is shot then you are dead)
23. Only allowed inside a house if invited in by family members. Can not open windows and doors. (If sibling is playing in dart wars they cannot let another team in the house)
24. The Game starts at 12:00 AM every Monday, and ends at 12:00 PM on Saturday.
25. You can use one assassin* per week.
26. Assassin: Hire someone from outside your team to kill another team, if successful then you must pay assassin $10. You must notify Harry or Nimer before using assassins. Assassins must be on a dart wars team.
27. Prom is off limits
28. No stealing or grabbing guns
29. No refunds
30. Kill stands even if kicked out of establishment
31. All School Sanctioned events at Turpin are off limits.
32. All Work is off limits (including jobs like dog walking, and babysitting.)
33. Minimum of 6 players on a team, max of 10, but only 8 can play at once. If a team member is out of town and there is a sub to take their place then the person out of town must sit.
34. Kills in a public building must be by a sword or dart or hulk gloves, no guns in public buildings.
35. All gyms are off limits including town n country, parking lots of these gyms are fair game though - all sports events are off limits but parking lots are fair game
36. You may block garage doors with your hand or foot. You may not enter a garage or place objects in front of sensors.
